Delete your account
You can ask us to delete your PicturePoppy account and the data in it. You do not need to be signed in to ask.
What gets deleted
- Your account: your name, mobile number, email address and password.
- Every tour you made, and every photograph in it.
- Your record of emails and texts sent from PicturePoppy.
- Your real estate license details, which are held by Poppy ID for the suite.
What we keep, and why
- Billing and tax records we are required by law to keep. These live with Stripe and with us, and they hold no photographs.
- A tour you shared while on Signature or Executive carries our keep-forever promise to the client who received the link. Tell us in the note below if you want those taken down too, and we will do it. We will not quietly break a link a client still has, and we will not quietly keep one you asked us to remove.
Deleting your account does not on its own cancel a subscription. Cancel first from your Account page, or ask us in the note and we will handle both together.
Ask us to delete it
Give us the email address or the mobile number on the account so we can find it. We confirm who you are before deleting anything.
