What happens after my 14-day trial?
Your trial is the plan you chose, in full, with your card on file. On day 15 the first payment runs. Cancel any time before then and nothing is charged. If you cancel later, you keep viewing every tour you have made; tours you shared while on Signature keep their photos permanently.
What does "photos per tour" mean?
It is the number of photos one tour can hold: 60 on Agent, 150 on Signature. It is per tour, not per month, so a busy week never costs you anything.
What is an "active tour"?
A tour you have not archived. Agent keeps five open at a time; archive one and you can start another. Archiving deletes nothing: the tour page, its link and every photo keep working exactly as they did, and you can reopen it whenever you want. Signature has no limit.
What happens to my photos?
On any paid plan your photos are kept for as long as you subscribe. A tour you share while on Signature or Executive is kept permanently, even if you later cancel: that is the promise, and it is why the storage add-on is gone. Nothing you have shared with a client will ever stop loading.
Do I need a card for the trial?
Yes. Your card goes on file when you start the trial and nothing is charged for 14 days. Cancel from your Account page before day 15 and you pay nothing. One trial per Poppy ID, per Poppy.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time from this page or your Account page. Changes take effect immediately, and the difference is prorated on your next invoice.
